Hi, my name's Penny and I've lost 3 stone with Ideal Weight. I've done different diets
in the past and although I've always lost weight on them, I've quickly put it back on
afterwards where as in this diet, you learn not to, you don't you can't just fall off
the wagon as such as you would do before, you can actually build that into what you
do, what you eat every day and within every meal. So if you have bad day, or if you have
a bad meal or you eat a chocolate bar then actually you can build that into your whole
day and still lose weight because what you'll do is manage how you eat your next meal or
plan your next day afterwards. Hi my name's Steve, I have been on Ideal Weight for a year,
I've lost 3 and a half stone and I've actually been able to maintain that weight loss now
for you know, well over 12 months. The reason why I think Ideal Weight worked for me was
for the first time ever, rather than doing a diet where you substitute what you're eating
for the healthy food, everybody know that, it was all about coaching. It was for the
first time truly understanding what you're eating, why you're eating it, when you should
be eating it and also understanding that there's times when you can eat some bad stuff as long
as you correct it. Like many people, I have a busy life, I work full time, I have 2 children,
I have other family members to look after, we are currently moving house as well, there's
a lot going on and that's what happens to so many people and now I'm able to manage
this. It feels more manageable as opposed to getting on top of me and with that, I'm
also managing what I'm eating as well without eating everything!
