Now how do you do it? First of all let me assure you that you dont gain weight in a day
So you cannot loose it also in a day
So a careful planning of action and the consequential results has to be first executed in your life
What do I mean by that? That means getting up early in the morning before sun rise
and carefully planning your day according to your choice and priority
rather then anybody else that means if you are getting up early in the morning
you will have time to plan for your breakfast menus, lunch, your evenings, and even your outing and recreation

So first of all what does the body need? Body needs an alkaline medium to satisfy its thirst and its need
the most important thing which can quench thirst is ajwain water again
Now how do you make that? Make sure you soak some ajwain say about 2 table spoon
in a jug of water, soak it to about 10-12 hours and keep it at a place where it can get some due drops
morning take it up and then you boil it till it reduce to half
when it is reduced to half you just filter it and you can take this as a substitute of normal water
as in when its required. Suppose its not possible for you to carry it
This has to be taken warm only.
suppose this not possible to carry it in your office, or the other places
and the best choice is you can still use it after your meals
if that also doesn't suits you then have it 10-15 minutes after your dinner
You can take about half a glass of water that would also give you results
when you take this ajwain water it will help you to reduce the acidity
It will help you to make you lighter and gradually it will be in a position to shed
good amount of kgs from your body
so just make sure that you make it a point to have ajwain water everyday in your life
as in when its required or if its not so frequently make it a point
to have atleast half a hour or 20 minutes after your meals
within 10 days you will see a very good results
