>> CLARE: Hi, my name is Clare, welcome to my wellness blog. For the next 12 months,
I am going to be recording a little video every month, and sharing with you, my journey,
towards my wellness goals, and I’m inviting you to come along with me.
So whatever your goals are, let’s start tracking them together.
I’m a vegetarian and I’ve started losing my way, I certainly don’t eat enough fruits
and vegetables, so I am going to start incorporating more fruits and vegetables into my diet. I
am also going to focus on “me” exercise, versus my kids and family activities. I’ve
got three kids, a husband, and a full-time job, so a lot of stress at home, and I need
to focus on some “me” time, so exercise, and to decrease my stress.
So I’ve been thinking about this for a long time, and 2013 is my year. I hope you come
along.
