What Do You Really Want For Christmas? Hi. This is Tara Marino with Elegant Femme, and we’re getting close, right? We’re getting close. And I want to ask you what is it that you want for Christmas? So here we are, we’ve been gifting everyone else, and we are thinking about what we are going to get our spouse or our partner or our friends and our children. Remember what it was like as a little kid to make out your Christmas list to Santa, remember? I used to get the big thick Sears catalogue, and I would go through like page by page by page and circle. This one year I wanted this huge Barbie then I got it - Santa was amazing that year. It was gorgeous. It was huge! Do you remember what it felt like as a little girl to make your Christmas list? I want you as a woman to be able to make your Christmas list this year in a way you never have before. So here’s how you ask this question. This is so much fun! So as Tara, I do not ask myself what does Tara want? I access what I want for Christmas in what is really going to be the highest good and what is going to support me this year. Which means what? Think about it. I ask my Femme types. What do they want this year? So I want you to ask your Frenchie, your Indie and your New Yorker what it is they want. So this is how it’s going to sound for you to do this and you’re going to have so much fun with this. So I want you to ask your Indie what it is that you want this year? What is it that we could ask for that is going to assist us, which is me, in becoming a woman I want to become? What is it? And it’s okay that if your Indie tells you, you actually want that gorgeous pair of black boots. There is no guilt involved because your Indie; she’s that piece of you that calm and knowing and self-confident and self-aware, it doesn’t mean she just needs to ask for a yoga mat. So if, your Indie tells you that you require black boots, let that be. You’re stepping into who you are becoming. Alright? Then you ask your New Yorker, well what is it that we want to ask for this year that is going to assist in doing what it is we’re here to do? Maybe your New Yorker wants a gorgeous bag from Aspinal of London, that’s on my list, by the way, so okay – are you listening? (Laughter) A gorgeous camel bag for traveling SKU number – I was just kidding. (Laughter) But maybe that’s what your New Yorker wants, like what it is that I want that is going to help me do what I want to do this year? Then you ask your Frenchie, what is it that I want this year that is going to assist me in enjoying my life the way I’m here to enjoy? And for some of you, it might be something physical, for some of you, it might be an experience. We all have different levels of what it is we really enjoy receiving for ourselves. This is so much fun as a woman. Don’t take yourself out of the running. C’mon you know like I know, when we gift ourselves the opportunity to experience what it is we’re really wanting in our lives, we assist everyone else in doing the same. So one of the things that I love that is a huge part of my formula as a woman is experiences, experiences. I love to travel. I love to go different places. I love culture. I love learning new languages. I love being around something new. The newness for me helps me grow. It’s a big piece of my experience. So sometimes we just get in a car on Sunday and we go over to Italy or this journey, I love it. I love the unknown and the opportunity to connect with different cultures, and so I actually have an experience that I want to share with some very, very special women. I’m going to be taking 10 women to Paris on a very, very special behind the scenes experience for 2 days. We’re going to be in that moment Parisians. We’re going to go to the backstreets of Paris. I’m going to share all my secrets about what I’ve learned about what it’s really like to live this French life. How do Parisians stay so thin? What are their beauty secrets? How do I do their scarves? How do they dress? How do they command that presence without being overpowering? What is that sensual nature that draws you towards that woman? Whether she looks exactly like the beauty of what society thinks or not, there is this allure that comes through a French woman that certainly says (French phrase). I want to share it with you. I want to teach you and have you experience. It’s not even teaching you. It’s having you experience what’s that like with me, and we’re going to go shopping.
