Hi, in this segment we're going to talk a little bit about ground catches. A lot of
times in Frisbee freestyle you'll find yourself you’re in, you’re on the ground sitting
on the ground or you’re spinning the disk on the ground. Doesn't matter how you got
there but a lot of times you need to finish off the move when you’re on the ground.
So here's a different a couple of different ways that you can do ground catches. The easiest
one that I find is under one leg. So you’re on the ground. You have some spin on your
Frisbee I'm going to set it up and I'm going to catch it under one leg here. It's the easiest
one you can do it's fairly easy. Just got to get comfortable with it. So the Frisbee
will be spinning here. I will set it up leaning back and catch it here. Now this one I caught
with the thumb down underneath the disk. You can also set it up under one leg. Where you
catch it here thumb on the top of the disk and you can also set it up and catch it under
the other leg. Thumb down and catch it under the other leg. Thumb down and catch it under
this leg thumb up. So this is the easiest type of ground catch that you can do. We'll
talk about a few other ground catches in other segments.
