A quick video on building self-confidence.
If your lacking in self-confidence in a certain area of your life, if you would like to create
certainty in your ability to achieve a certain outcome then what i'd advise you to do is
to gain experience by facing what it is you fear.
Now it sounds very 'cliche' I know, but there is a big psychological truth behind it.
The more you avoid something because you fear it, the more you reinforce a negative belief
and the more you reinforce that negative belief the more you will fear what it is you have
been avoiding.
If you want to replace that negative belief with a positive belief then you are going
to have to break the pattern and the best way to break that pattern is by facing what
it is you fear, and to keep facing it and keep facing it until it becomes comfortable
to do so and when it does become comfortable your confidence will increase.
