Mushroom 65!
Ingredients to prepare Mushroom 65:
Maida, Corn Flour, Oil, Mushroom
Salt, Aji-no-motto, Ginger-Garlic paste, Finely Chopped Garlic
White Pepper, Sugar, Green Chillies, Red Chilli Powder, Curd, Food Color Curry Leaves, Coriander Leaves
In a broad bowl, mix Maida & Corn Flour.
Add Salt to taste.
Add White Pepper powder.
Add little Ginger-Garlic paste.
Add a pinch of Aji-No-Motto
Add water and make a thick batter.
Add a pinch of Food Color
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Dip the Mushroom pieces in the batter and deep fry till cooked.
Heat a pan with little oil.
Add finely chopped Garlic and Green Chillies.
Add Curry Leaves & a pinch of Aji-No-Motto.
Add little curd & saute well.
Add Red Chilli Powder
Add a pinch of Food Color.
Add little water.
Add the fried Mushrooms to this and saute well.
Shift the contents to a serving bowl.
Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
Mushroom 65 is ready to be served!
