My name is Thibault. I'm 30 years old.
I work in Communications in Paris.
I've worked at Ubisoft for 5 or 6 years.
And this morning, like every morning
I go to War.
My typical day goes like this. I arrive at 9am.
Between 10:30am and 11am, I have a coffee break with my colleagues.
12pm, 12:30pm we got out for lunch.
5pm break and at 8:30pm we go home.
It can feel a bit industrial where you have to work,
work, work and work.
But that was before this summer.
This summer, everything changed.
The war begins.
I went down to the 4th Floor.
And then I see on my colleague's desk
that she has lots and lots of Post-its
and I see an enormous Space Invader stuck to her window.
And she explains that she's just started a war with BNP.
In the space of two months
it became a phenomenon.
Last week we worked on Ubisoft’s masterpiece.
A creation of more than 8000 Post-its - something crazy.
- Where is it?
Here, just behind us.
When we lifted our heads up we realised,
"Look they're doing it in La Defense - they're doing in Paris!"
They're also sticking up Post-its!

It’s fun to see images of Pikachu, Tintin, Snowy, Obelix and Asterix on the office
rather than see people on the telephones getting stressed.
It’s an original idea, it's also quite,
symbolic of a certain state of mind
and of teamwork
and of community spirit.
Ammunition.
The challenge of the day is to
create an iconic French character.
It's taken a few days to prepare and we're really excited about sticking it up!
Every part of these trousers, in fact every part of this character
and each square corresponds to a clearly defined colour.
So, this character is not too complicated
but it will become quite elaborate as it will be spread across two windows
and it's got lots of colours so we'll need loads of tiny Post-its.
- and then you can take two pale green ones Lauranne.
It's been remarkable to see that at the heart of this company
that this little piece of coloured paper has allowed people to meet and get to know each other.
It makes a change from video games. -Yes
You've almost finished it.
Bravo!
'The Little Prince' is complete. It took the three of us about 45 minutes.
Which isn't bad during a two-hour lunch-break.
And now that we've finished we go back to work.
