TINA STULL: Hi. I'm Tina Stull, and I drive the Top Dragster for Interstate Batteries.
On behalf of Expert Village, today we're going to talk about the basics of racing. Today,
I wanted to talk a little bit about how to get started in racing. As most people know,
I didn't know anything really about racing other than having been a fan and saying, "Hey
man. That looks like it would be a lot of fun." The first thing that I did and I think
it's probably one of the best moves I made is I found an accredited school that would
teach you and you go and you sit and you have classroom time. And then they actually will
put you in the car and help you get your passes for your license. There are a lot of people
who use friends to get licensed. I found that go--being be able to have that really solid
base has been one of the most beneficial things that I've had because it's something that
I can always come back to.
