Hi FitLifer, I always like to start off Mindset Monday with a quote, "The purpose of life
is to live it, to taste the experience in the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without
fear for new and richer experience." Thanks to Eleanor Roosevelt for that. Hi, I'm Drew
Canole and welcome to another Mindset Monday, remember we're in this together. If you're
ever in the San Diego area, I want to invite you to work out or have a green drink with
me and my wonderful team. They are some of the most caring, compassionate people in the
planet and are responsible for transforming millions of people's lives. Has anyone told
you, you need to find your life purpose? Do you question it often? I know I have, each
day I strive to be the fullest expression of my core desire. I want you to know Fitlifer
that even if you don't what your life purpose is do not fear. By the end of this video you'll
feel peace within yourself and a sense of serenity and hope for life's great coming
attractions. Today I want to share three tools with you that will help bring your life purpose
to the surface. Step one is to find happiness now, number two, enjoy your friends' criticisms
and number three, courage. So let's talk about number one, finding happiness now. When we
are searching for our life purpose, this is living in the future, which often creates
anxiety and in an anxious state there's no wonder you can't bring your life's purpose
to the surface. So what I want you to do is to spend a minimum of thirty minutes a day
doing whatever brings you joy, don't wait until one day my finances are in order, when
my family obligations are complete, when I'm in the perfect relationship, when I've moved
to San Diego and I'm on the Fitlife team, start today, if painting brings you happiness,
spend time buying those paint brushes and begin painting. If writing brings you happiness,
then by all means write. Number two enjoy your friends' criticisms. Surround yourself
with people that offer brutal honesty. As you human beings we are often blind to our
shortcomings. Have friends by your side that challenge you and never allow you to live
a life of mediocrity. Your friends might even call you out on your life purpose and if you
look within yourself often times you knew all along what your life purpose could be.
Has anyone ever told you you're good at singing, why don't you do that? Or has anyone told
you, you know a lot about health and fitness why don't you do something with that, maybe
they said, you're so sexy you should some modeling. Whatever it is, follow your purpose.
Number three, cheers to courage and this brings us to step three, courage. Steve Jobs said
in his book your time is limited so don't waste it living someone else's life, don't
be trapped by dogma, which is living in the results of other people's thinking, don't
let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice, and most important,
have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. Gather the information you need
to take a step closer to reaching your goals. As you step out of your comfort zone and into
your life purpose, you'll begin to notice that your heart will be more open and alive.
So to recap, we talked about finding happiness now, we talked about enjoying your friends'
criticisms and we talked about courage. If you like this content Filifer, please give
it a big ol' thumbs up, and leave a comment below and share with me what you're going
to do this week to find happiness now. The best way to share it obviously is video response
or you can just leave a comment below and then we're going to pick a winner to win a
book next week. So let's talk about who won the book this week, alright so the book this
week by David Deida The Way of A Superior Man is one of those books that will absolutely
change your life, I know, I actually have the audio and I listen to it and what's interesting
about this book is the relationship that we have with men and women and it forces you
to be much more expansive in your thinking and allowing for those perfect relationships
to manifest. So you're absolutely going to love this book it's going out to JimmyDistheMan,
you can get your book, congratulations, well done. Alright Fitlifer, I'm Drew Canole, remember
we're in this together and I'll see you next week.
