Seasonal Prices
To alter your pricing for specific dates, click on the 'seasonal prices' link next to
the Room Rate per Night, in your account information page.
Here, follow the instructions and enter the starting date - in this specific format, year
dash month dash day. Then the length of the season. This can be 1 to 100 days - it's up
to you. And lastly you enter the % of the higher or lower price.
In our example we enter 1 day, the 22 of January, to see, how it effects the price of the booking
link from tutorial 9 - emailing a booking link. We raise the price by 20%.
You may enter up to 20 different date ranges.
To finalize the change, please, scroll down and click 'save new seasons'!
Let's go back to the booking URL of our last example.
This booking is 3 days long and the last night is 'high season'. In the past it was difficult
to a. calculate the price and b. explain it to the guest.
Online booking takes the guesswork out of it all: Let's refresh the page and we see,
that the new nightly rate, 53.33 reflects the last nights' price of $60 - 10 divided
by 3!
Your guest will always pay the right price per night!
