Today we will show you how to kick up. We call it Hadimrska.
It is one of the most basic tricks, which we will show you.
Lets go for it!
First you have to do is roll back to your shoulders and give your hand next to head.
In this position you have to kick the strongest as you can under this angle. It drops you from the ground.
In the highest point of kicking you have to give your legs under you. It'll take you in squat position.
Help of your arms is really important. If you don't have fast kick, it help you a lot.

If you combine all this things. It looks like this.
First thing we recommend you is find some comfortable and spring mattress. The best is made from foam.
And train outside what we've shown you on that.
If you don't want to train home and you have admission to gym. So go there and train on horsehair mattress.

If you have problem with doing kick up on the plain. Find some small hill like this and train it from that.
It's really easier than on the plain.
Probably you don't do it for first time.
So try just kick and push your hands.
Kick the highest you can and just fall on your back.
If you feel the momentum, try to give your legs under you.
And you will fall maybe like this.
And than you give everthing for this trick...
Don't forget to train it often.
You may have problems in first attemps.
So try it again and again. After 100 repetitions you'll can it better.
And then you will be master :)
If you think, that you can do kick up with no problems.
We have harder variation for you. And it's no handed kick up.
It is same like normal kick up, but you don't use you arms.
