Floor plans and other 2D drawings can also be saved as image files.
This way you can easily create a file which you can share on social networks or you can upload to your website.
Activate the 2D drawing and click on the "Edit menu / Copy bitmap to clipboard" command.
In the appearing dialog window you can set up the image resolution.
You can also set up the file format. JPG is a good option if you would like to quick-share the image with someone.
Click on the Save button, set up the file name and path and click Save.
When finished, you can close the dialog.
If you open a file explorer you can find the image file.
3D perspective can also be saved into an image file.
To do so, please go to the Edit menu and this time choose the Snapshot command.
In the appearing dialog you can set up the resolution and the file format.
To simply save the image to the hard drive, please just click on the Save button.
Find a folder and type a filename in the appearing dialog and click on the Save button to create the image file.
When finished, you can close the Snapshot dialog.
Now you can find and open the image file using a file explorer.
Using "Rendering" photorealistic images can also be created and saved.
