Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to show you another way to do the cinnamon
fingers or to just use the cinnamon dough. It is another variation of the same thing.
We are going to take the dough and we are going to place it on baking sheet/baking paper.
I'm going to sprinkle a little bit of flour on top and I'm going to place another baking
sheet on top. I'm just going to roll it around. It is about half of the portion of the dough
that we had. I used half of it to make the finger the cinnamon fingers. Now what I do
is take the oil and just pour it on and brushing it on the dough. I'm leaving the ends without
oil so it would close better. Now I'm going to take the sugar cinnamon mixture and just
sprinkle it on top.
