Kallman Worldwide has been active in the UAE since 1989. That year, Jerry Kallman Sr.,
introduced the Kallman brand as he, along with several other international trade show
“gurus” provided keynote addresses and international tradeshow advice at an Abu Dhabi
conference focused on that theme. Twenty-five years later, we celebrate U.S. and UAE partnership
just a few kilometers from the crown jewel of conference facilities in the world, ADNEC,
and just an hour one of the biggest exhibition cities in the world, Dubai.
Kallman Worldwide made its formal UAE tradeshow debut with its first U.S. Pavilion at the
Dubai Airshow of 1995, earning recognition from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority by
winning their coveted “Best National Pavilion” award. Over the next 20 years, Kallman Worldwide
expanded its UAE portfolio to include other world class exhibitions such as Arab Health,
ADIPEC, The World Future Energy Summit, helping more than 2,100 U.S. companies bring the latest
and most important American technology to an enthusiastic Gulf audience.
Well beyond the typical tradeshow experience, Kallman Worldwide carefully positions its
exhibitors for success. Relationships with key stakeholders such as the U.S. Embassy
and Consulate; the UAE Embassy in Washington DC; the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council; and
the Abu Dhabi AmCham and American Business Council are just some of the resources Kallman
Worldwide uses to help connect American firms with Emirati businesses.
Working under the U.S. International Pavilion brand, Kallman Worldwide exhibitors in the
UAE enjoy top-tier customer services, allowing them to “Exhibit with Confidence”:
V/O “part of the reason that we have such a loyal following…is after three or four
or five times working with the same person at a particular show in Indonesia and Singapore
and Dubai and Paris, when you can grab a taxi with somebody in Zhuhai, China and go find
a printer cable so that their boss can print out a Power Point that he needs for a meeting
the following morning, that’s the kind of commitment we have and that’s the kind of
stuff that happens every day at every one of our shows.”
The opening of Kallman Worldwide’s Middle East headquarters in Dubai in 2013, underscores
the company’s growing commitment to assisting business between the USA and the UAE. And
with the recent formation of the USA Alliance for Expo2020, Kallman Worldwide combines its
decades of expertise and relationships to create a coalition of forward-thinking U.S.
companies ready to share the vision and technology of America with the next generation in the
Middle East.
Kallman Worldwide, helping connect U.S. and UAE business in the Gulf for 25 years.
