This is Chef Michael Halbe with Expert Village and today we are going to be making crab and
shrimp rangoons. The next thing we are going to do is make little purses out of them. So
what you are going to do is pick up from both ends and bring them together. Take this corner
like so and just push it. Squeeze it nice and tight so it looks like glue it will inhere.
You don't want to have any openings cause when you deep fry it all of your stuffing
would come out if it is open. Just make a nice little purse like that and that is it.
We would set them down here and continue making the rest of them and continue to deep
fry them. It is kind of like paste it would stick to itself. It is a great little appetizer
for like super bowl is coming up it is good for that, it is good for the holidays. There
we go.
I'm going to finish doing the rest of these and we would deep fry them when we get back.
