How to add a file to DRIVE? Select "File" from the menu bar. Select "Document
references manager" from the list. A window pops up displaying the list of files
that are present in the database. To add a new file you first need to decide
if the file is stored "local" to the database, or independent from the location of the database
on a file server. In case you wish to use a "local" file, this
file must be placed in a folder that has the same name as the database extended with "_docs".
To place a file in the "_docs" folder you use the standard file manager of your operating
system. All files in the "_docs" folder will be listed
when the button "Register relative path" is pressed.
Double-click the selected file to register as a "relative path" reference.
If in a later stage you wish to re-locate the database, you best move the "_docs" to
the same location. In that way you will be able to share links
and documents with colleagues. You can also create a reference to a file
on a file server directly. Press the "Register absolute path" button
to display the standard file selection window. Select a file to register.
To exit the window press the "X" in the upper corner.
