Hey guys, it's Max from Gravity Training Solutions.
Bringing it to you live from Livingston, New Jersey. Here with the beautiful Annie Martino
Today, we're going to show you some very simple yet very effective
exercises that you can do in your own home or outside next to this rock, for example.
So, Annie is going to perform a one-legged squat.
So, she's going to squat with one leg, jump up, and go into a forward lunge.
She's going to go back into hopping up.
This is a great stabilization exercise.
because it's going to help her build her stabilizers in her foot and ankle.
As well as the rest of her legs.
So, it's working the glutes, the quads, the hamstrings,
and she's also engaging her core by keeping all of her core muscles tight.
We want to perform this excise for 10-12 repetitions
And this exercise is great to maintain balance.
Now, we can perform this exercise wherever and however we want.
Now, we can perform this exercise wherever and however we want.
You can do this exercise wherever. We can do it with an accent.
We can do it...next to this rock.
It can be performed at home, in your own backyard; you can perform it outside.
Or you can do it next to the sticks. We can do whatever we want with this exercise
Just have a fun time with it.
Pretty simple, nice exercise. (Said to girl) And just do one more rep.
(Said to girl)Just to show the camera how we're doing this one.
Nice job, Annie! (Clap hands)
