Today I want to talk about something that's near and dear to all of our hearts. Just the
different way to look at our core principles as BNI Members and that's givers' gain. And
the way that I like to think about it and how I write about it when I do, is always
deliver value first. Your success in business is going to be determined by the frequency
of which you deliver value that compels your community to take action.
So what does that mean? I actually wrote that last night.
What that means is, value is the most important thing. When you deliver your message, you
don't want to puke your marketing pitch and do both. It's something that we learned in
MSB training. It's something that we talk about here, alright your, you know how you're
doing business with me benefits me slowly if not compel people to take action.
You want to deliver your value to them. What does it mean to your client? What things do
you do? What services can you provide? What information do you have that is going to benefit
this person at no cost first. And is going to compel them to then seek more. And then
that's where we ultimately make our money.
So if you want to build a loyal following of people whether it's on social media, whether
it's through a newsletter, whether it's in the BNI Networking organization or an organization
that you do some sort of philanthropy or charitable work with. Always deliver value first, at
no cost. Be it information services and products.
And compel people to then come to you and get what ultimately makes your revenue. So
that's how you build a very loyal following. So, Ryan Hanley, Murray Group Insurance Services,
thank you.
