Hello, my name is Amanda Taylor. I'm going to tell you about my website and how I created
it. I'm from Birmingham. I graduated from Pelham High school in 2006, and from UAB in
2010. I'm currently in UA's Library and Information Studies Program. I've worked at multiple public
libraries in Jefferson County. I currently work at Eastwood Public Library, and in the
past, I've worked at Vestavia Hills, Springville Road, and Homewood Libraries. In my free time,
I like to cook, especially with a Crock-Pot. I like to shop, and I don't watch much t.v.,
but I really like True Detective and Boardwalk Empire. Last but not least, I love to spend
time with my husband and sons. That's my website. I created it with HTML code. The first part
of the HTML code is the head section, and the following section is the body. This code
was typed into a Notepad++ document. The slash means that this is the end of the document. Within the HTML file is a CSS file, used to
make style specifications for multiple sections of the document. I can set the specifications
one time, and change it without having to change individual sections. I used FileZilla
to convert the HTML code document, and this is the final product. Thanks for listening!
