Okay now that we have our catfish fillets cut in half we are going to take that seasoning
mixture that we made and sprinkle them to our pieces of catfish here. Like I said it
got the garlic salt powder in it, the onion powder, some of bay seasoning, as well as
creole spices that is going to actually spice it up a little bit and we are going to use
the same seasoning mix to seasoning our dredging flour. I'm going go flip these over cause
we want to season both sides of the fish and like I said just season both sides. Like I
always say you want both sides to taste good. Okay we got our fish seasoned here and we
are ready to move on to our next step.
