Hiya! We're back for Section 3 of Unit 1's performance assessment! You guys are getting
so far so fast, it's awesome. So in this section we learned all about the different modifiers
for using things, like how much you like something or how much you don't like something, and
then also about yīnwèi, because, connecting sentences or just going at the beginning of
a sentence. So we want you guys to use these new skills to tell us about what you like
to do. So we want to hear what you like to do, and how much as well, if you like it a
lot, if you just like it, if it's your favorite thing, and then why. So you know, connecting
those two sentences using yīnwèi. Just kind of show off your stuff. So I'm going to give
you a quick example, one of my favorite thing to do is play soccer, zúqiú, literally football,
so you know how in China or in other countries they say football is soccer because the US
is kind of weird and we have our own football? Anyways, in Chinese zúqiú is soccer, and
another good little vocab thing is pǎobù, to run or to jog. So, wǒ zuìxǐhuān wǎner
zúqiú, yīnwèi wǒ hěnxǐhuān pǎobù. See, no problem. Two quick little sentences,
and we want to see five of those, you can do it! So yeah, record yourselves and then
upload them to the dropzone and then we'll be all set! I look forward to seeing them!
