These are slivered almonds. All right. It's about 1 ½ tablespoons of that. Then there
is 1 teaspoon of salt. Then we have some chilies. There are two kinds of chili in this. There
are these large red Guajillo chilies; they come dried. I've had to open them up and take
the seeds out and soak them in hot water in order to soften them for this. I put those
in. That's about 4 to 5 of those peppers. Four or five of those, okay. This is a Thai
chili and just one. This is not a really super spicy dish. It's kind of more little sweet
and you are taking out the seeds. Taking out the seeds. Put that in there. Then let's see;
we have coriander and cumin and we need 1 teaspoon of cumin. Uhm, that smells good.
Half a tablespoon of coriander. I'll put that in. Okay. Make sure we have everything here.
It is a lot of ingredients. Yes, looks like we have everything. So in order to make this
paste, you get all of your ingredients in the food processor and then you just have
to pulse it.
