Alright, I'm back again.
I have another tip for you.
What I want to tell you is, it is fundamental to work from a list.
And by that, I mean, you know because I'm the most rebellious person that I know...
know exactly what you're going to eat in the day.
For example, on Day 1 of the Fix, I had planned to eat Shakeology,
to drink my Shakeology...
to eat the eggs, goat cheese, tuna, lettuce, cucumbers, banana, almond milk, tilapia,
sweet potato, and pumpkin seeds.
Those were all integrated into meals.
And, it looked a little bit like this:
I had Tropical Shakeology, the Mojito flavor from the Nutrition Guide.
I had two eggs with some goat cheese for my Meal 2.
For Meal 3, I had a big salad with canned tuna,
that measured into the red containers.
For Meal 4, I had tilapia, hummus, and sweet potato.
And, you might notice that I...I don't know if you can see this.
I had planned on having chicken, but then I felt like tilapia.
And, if you say tilapia, I say chicken.
If you say chicken, I say tilapia and that makes me feel like I'm still a little bit in control
of the whole structure thing.
And...and then you have a perfect nutrition day according to the Nutrition Guide of the 21 Day Fix.
