Today, we'll do an exercise to stop the inner dialogue.
Stopping the inner dialogue doesn't mean leaving the mind empty.
He who empties his mind, remains empty.
It rather means that we stop our constant inner dialogue,
that tells us how the world and us are.
We may think anything we want,
except how the world and us are.
We are going to get relaxed and focused,
and then we will project our awareness towards our place of power.
This may be the place of power of our choice,
where we feel good, relaxed,
quiet, and full of energy.
It may be a cabin in the woods,
around the campfire on the wilderness,
it may be on the beach, besides the ocean,
or in the desert, in a tent,
in a snowy landscape, et cetera.
The place of power is different for each person.
You just have to choose one where you feel peaceful,
relaxed, safe and full of energy.
Please, don't listen this exercise while driving a motor vehicle
or while operating any machine.
We want to be able to stop our inner dialogue at any time and circumstances,
but in the beginning we must learn to do it in controlled circumstances.
So, we need a quiet place,
where no one bothers us for 10, 15, 30 minutes,
where we can sit on a chair with our back straight,
with both feet firmly on the ground, the hands on the thighs.
We are going to close our eyes and look up,
as if we were trying to see our forehead.
Now we are in a sitting position.
Our eyes are closed and our back is straight.
I will count from three to one.
As I count, you should visualize yourself going down on an escalator.
As I count each number, visualize that number painted on the wall.
With each number you feel more relaxed, more peaceful,
more in touch with your inner being.
Visualize yourself entering the descending escalator.
Three.
We are descending.
Slowly.
More and more peaceful and relaxed.
Two.
The escalator is still descending.
With each passing moment you are more peaceful, more relaxed.
One.
We have reached the bottom of the escalator.
You step down.
And now you are in your place of power.
Here, in this place where you feel peaceful,
relaxed, safe, and full of energy,
there is a chair, where you sit down.
Simply observe your place of power.
Observe your surroundings.
Observe yourself
and feel that you are more and more relaxed,
more peaceful,
safe
and full of energy.
If your mind wanders, simply go back to your place of power.
You feel peaceful, relaxed,
completely safe, and full of energy.
At this moment you may pause the recording
and stay in this state for as long as you want.
Later, you may resume the recording to finish this exercise.
While in our place of power, we may repeat positive affirmations.
Abundance comes to me easily and swiftly,
right here and now.
My health is in my mind and it's perfect,
right here and now.
From now on, stopping my inner dialogue is very easy for me.

Now we visualize ourselves standing up.
We go back to the escalator, which now is ascending.
I will count from one to three.
With each number we will feel stronger, more aware,
and full of energy.
Very peaceful, relaxed, and in perfect health.
We climb on the ascending escalator.
One.
More aware, more relaxed,
with more energy
and in perfect health.
Two.
The escalator is still ascending.
We feel more aware, more peaceful,
more relaxed,
full of energy and in perfect health.
Three.
We open our eyes.
And we feel completely aware,
very peaceful, very relaxed,
full of energy
and in perfect health.
We may go back to our normal activities.
