The zucchini tofu is I think best eaten probably with some kind of roti, naan bread, or pita
bread You can also eat it with rice, just whatever
you prefer Also, if you·re like me and you like a little
bit of spice with your food, I·ve put in a little bit of mango pickles here so it makes
it a little bit spicy and tasty So you can do that if you like
Any kind of pickle, achar, chutney, those are all great condiments to go with the food
