To cook this food, please follow below recipe:
- ½ or 1kg of snake head fish (you can use your favorite fishes, fillet or cut) - 200g of Wax Gourd - 200g of Lotus rhizome - 200g of Pineapple - 200g of Okra - 200g of Tomato
- 50g of Galanga - 3-4 tablespoons of tamarind juice - 2-3 tablespoons of fish sauce - 2 tablespoons of sugar - 1 tablespoon of salt - 1 tablespoon of seasoning (option)
- Use below veg/herbs to gain great smell: - 100g of Anise Basil - 100g of Eryngium Foetidum Linn - 100g of Rice paddy-herb
