Morning, goodness knows what I look like, I've just woken, well, I woke about an hour
ago but I've only just hauled my bum out of bed, so I've got bed hair going on, which
is really delightful.
But, I thought, well it's weigh and measure day so I'll just get it over and done with
quickly. Let's recap on the past week.
Well after my really good weigh in where I lost more weight AND inches with all the exercise
I've been doing, I ate chocolate and I didn't exercise much, definitely didn't exercise
on the Sunday and then got back to it on Monday.
So, I'm not sure if I'm going to have lost any weight but umm, I've got to report in
anyway.
I have been good most of this week, still doing the LondonPersonalTrainingStudio.com
exercises. That's a 30 day challenge which.. oooh when does that finish.. it's around the
beginning of February, so around the 3rd or 4th of February I think, for me.
So I will be writing down my weight and measurements and comparing it with last week on my blog
(now MyRawFoodWeightLoss.com), so take a look at that.
Ok, let's get this bikini thing over with.
Ok, let's see (adjusts camera). This is really not a great angle.
Ok, let's see if you can see me. So, I'm getting more muscle tone in my arms.
I think my tummy is looking a bit flatter. Look, I tell you what I can also do, is I
can start holding it in, which I didn't used to be able to do before.
Hello *** Wuss, this is my *** cat, *** Wuss.
My back. Now, I think I'm definitely losing some of this on
my back.
Ok, that's it! I shall weigh in now. It's at zero... ok, interestingly, I think
I'm actually half a pound heavier than last week but I'm lower body fat percentage, I'm
36% body fat. Which is very interesting!
So, it looks like. It will be interesting to see what happens when I measure myself
because I feel like I'm starting to see changes, which is really good.
I'm not worried about the weight as there's not much difference. And I have been doing
lots of resistance exercise so I'm building muscle, which will eventually burn off the
fat.
So, yeah, I'm feeling pretty good. I shall put the updates on my website, so go check
