Hello, my name is Scott Soller, Yoga instructor, on behalf of Expert Village. The last posture,
we're doing, the relaxation pose. Again, align the point between the heels, *** bone, naval,
breast bone, chin. All the chakras are being activated here when we are relaxed globally.
All the radiants are involved, the energy is distributed evenly through out all the
body. When we totally relax and let go here. The main practice here is to relax into the
stillness. Feel the energy in and around your body and practice not thinking, but, feeling.
