To make an egg roll, first off, we're going to start off with some egg roll wrappers.
I'm going to take one of my wrappers, and I'm going to lay it on my cutting board at
a diagonal. Next, I'm going to fill it with this filling that I have here, and this can
really be any kind of filling that you like. From here, I'm going to roll it on over, take
the bottom part to meet the top part, and I'm going to roll it just a little bit. Then,
I'm going to take each end, and I'm going to wrap it in here. You can make your egg
rolls as long, or as fat, or as skinny as you would like. I'm going to roll it up here.
I'm going to get a little bit of water, so that the corn starch with the water will cause
it to stick. And that is how you make an egg roll.
