today, I'll show you my recipe of the wheat grains, chorizo and feta salad
to make this recipe you need :
120 gr wheat grains, 60 gr feta, 50 gr chorizo cut into thin slices, 15 gr pecans, coriander&parsley leaves
half cube chicken stock, 2 pinch of cumin, tablespoon olive oil, teaspoon wine vinegar, salt and black pepper
in cold water, you dip your slices of chorizo
we will launder them that means as soon as the water boils, we take them out.
once the water boils you remove your chorizo slices
you put them on absorbent paper to remove part of the fat
now your water has the the taste of chorizo
add half cube chicken stock
add wheat grains
cook them around 7 minutes, they must be cooked but still firm
once they are cooked, remove the water
then plunge them into cold water to stop cooking
ride together coriander and parsley
chop finely
finely chop pecans
once the wheat grains have cooled completely
add 2 pinch of cumin
add coriander and persley
the pecans
add the slices of chorizo
add 2 table spoon of olive oil
add a teaspoon of wine vinegar
finally, season with a little salt and black pepper
you mix together and let stand for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to blend well
set up your base
add the cubes of feta
add a dash of olive oil
if you have fresh coriander at home, do not hesitate to add two beautiful leaves on the plate
