The next thing I will show you is called a Large Hip Circle. You've got to make sure
you're in proper posture. You want to have your feet about shoulder length apart. What
you want to start out by doing first, we're going to hit four points and then we'll smooth
it out. So, you want to throw your hips forward. I know it looks awkward, but just throw them
forward. Throw them all the way over to the side, reaching as far as you can with this
hip. Bring it all the way back. Make sure you're still keeping yourself tucked under
back here. And, over to the other side. Again, you want to bring it forward. Over to the
side. Back, really push your bum out. Make sure you're still keeping yourself tucked
under. Over to the other side and forward. And, from the side how that looks is you really
want to push forward. Side. Back. Side and forward. Now, to put this together we want
to connect the four points. So, again it's like you're drawing a big circle on the floor
with your hips. Push it out to the side. Bring it forward. Side and back. Smooth it out.
Now, we can add a little bit of arms with this when we go back. We can just cross in
front. And, cross. Make sure you keep your chest lifted up as you're going this too.
One last time and cross. That's your Large Hip Circle.
