This next sequence I'm going to teach you is move back and forward, open and close.
You stand with one leg forward, one leg back and the footwork in this is the same as what
we do in move back and forth like away. The hands begin in front, as we come back, we
lift the toe. Be careful not to come too far back and then allow the arms to expand as
if you're a balloon that's filling, then as you come forward you let the balloon release
and everything comes out the front, don't reach, just let the balloon release. Come
back, rocking back, inhale, feel yourself filling with all the positive energy, the
light of the sun and the moon and when you release, what is it that you're releasing?
All of the negative energies, the disease, the discomfort, the anxieties, all released
and filling yourself with the positive, loving energies. When you come forward you let it
go, it's very relax, gentle movement, open and close.
