Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to tell you a recipe which
is directly, directly from the heart of India.
So I think it's done. Now I need to put it here and let me take my other utensil and
see what I can do with it. Well, the gas is already on. So let me add some oil to it.
Of course I need to add more oil because it's meant for lots of quantity. The quantity of
lentil is lots. So you need to add oil. As I've already added oil to my utensil, let
the oil get "heating". Let me see my lentil. They're actually boiled and ready but you
need to add some spices to it which we actually call "tsonk" in Indian culture. Anytime you
make a vegetable, anytime you make cereal or anytime you make lentils, you need to make
a combination of spices which is almost added to vegetable to give it a nicer taste plus
a nicer look.
