WHEN WE'RE TALKING WITH SEX IN

TALKING ABOUT ANATOMY, THE
ANATOMY SOMEONE IS BORN WITH,
THE PARTS SOMEONE IS BORN WITH.
HISTORICALLY WE'VE HOUSED IN
PEOPLE IN CORRECTIONS BASED ON
PARTS.
IF YOU HAVE MALE PARTS YOU GO

GENDER IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT IN
THE SENSE IT CAN BE EXPRESSED

FEMALE BODY, I IDENTIFY AS A
WOMAN, BUT FOR SOME PEOPLE THAT
WE SEE IN CORRECTIONS THAT
IDENTIFY AS TRANSGENDER, IT'S
POSSIBLE THEY WERE BORN INTO A
MALE BODY, A MALE SEX, AND YET
THEY IDENTIFY AND FEEL VERY MUCH
LIKE A WOMAN OR A GIRL AND THAT
IDENTITY CAN FORM EARLY ON IN
LIFE.
