Hello its Kinoshita Yuuka
Today I hope to use Bacon and Egg to make a Bacon and Egg Donburi (big bowl of rice)
first we cut the bacon
and we fry it
today I have 6 cups of rice ready and I will top it with bacon
next I'll fry up some sunny side up eggs

and now I will eat the Bacon and Sunny side up Donburi
(eating chili oil?) and mayonnaise and soy sauce will be my condiments

oops I forgot to weigh it I guess I'll do it now it is 4.3kg I guess it must have been around 3.5ish when I started
the egg whites are not mixed together and the yolks are so rich tasting
I've been thinking instead of having all these condiments just plain salt and pepper seem to be the best

it was absolutely delicious the saltiness of the bacon and the fatty umami and the runny egg yolk that coated the rice so nicely it was divine. Everyone, this was simple to make so please try this as well
