Overhead Off-loaded Walk
Stand tall with your shoulders pressed down, arms at your side. Hold a weighted object
in one hand with no weight in the opposite hand. Raise your arms
straight up towards the ceiling with your upper arms right by your
ears. Now, take 10 to 20 steps forward, bringing your heel to your toe. Slow and controlled
movements, keeping your abdominals engaged to help maintain your balance.
Keep your shoulders pressed down. After you’ve taken 10 to 20
steps switch hands so the weight is in the opposite hand. And repeat this on the other
side. Continue to breath.
