Hi guys, I'm back. So, I am doing a seven mile run. Yeah! Seven miles!
I didn't run at all this weekend because I went out of town with some friends, but I'm back now
so I'm going to be on the treadmill doing my 3 minute run
2 minute walk
and i'm pretty excited about it because I'm already noticing some of the changes in my body which
is really exciting that's the whole point of this
I'm fitting in my pants a little differently
and my family and my friends notice a little bit in my face...a little bit
skinnier, which is pretty sweet
I anticipate my thighs actually getting a little bit bigger
just with the muscle development
so that will be interesting, that will be something I'll watch I'm actually giving you a full progress report tonight
I'll have my weight, my mileage, and BMI and it's been about a week
so I figure it's about time for that
and
I'm just feeling really good about this
I will be doing the same thing I've been doing
the three minute job and the two minute walk, although next week I'm thinking I'm going to update it a little bit
so I can give more effort, I don't want to be slacking
as I get better at this pushing myself basically I'm not going to
run a marathon
by, you know...
doing my little jogs, so
I'll get there eventually but I do need to keep
working for it
so tonight is more Dracula because I'm not finished with it factor cannot finish with it and keeping hydrated and I will totally keep you guys posted on how
I am doing
