Castilian Spanish vs Mexican Spanish

Hey, how are you guys? I'm Dylan and I'm from the US I'm a yankee piece of *** as the Spaniards would say Or I'm a damn *** like Mexicans would say I think you guys have much more in common than what you think If you're from Spain, welcome. If you're from Mexico "Qué onda guëy?" And if you're from Argentina *** you Seriously, *** you guys Anyhow, the reason I'm making this video is because I haven't spoken Spanish in a long time and I want to know what you think of my accent. I'm afraid my accent is becoming more and more Mexican That's not a bad thing, but it's also not a good thing because I'm going to be in Spain, in Madrid, very soon in about 5 months or around there. So I have to improve my Castilian Spanish I promise you guys, in my heart I'm Mexican. Physically, I'm American but I want to speak Spanish like a Spaniard like a matador or Cervantes. If you're Mexican, don't be offended. I promise I've drunk more glasses of Horchata, I've eaten more taquitos de pastor, and I've eaten more spicy jalapeños than Pancho Villa himself. So I'm with you guys. I'll always be a fan of México and it's culture You guys are awesome But as I said I'm going to be in Spain really soon so Mexican Spanish isn't going to help me that much It's not that I don't like it, but I'm completely surrounded by Northerners and you guys know how they are. Their accent is kind of ridiculous. The chilango accent is pretty, the one from Puebla is even prettier. But the standard Northern Mexican accent is ugly. For example they talk like this: What's up dude? What's going on bro? The other day I went to a house party dude and I chugged some really cold beers. My *** almost exploded when I saw those sexy honeys. and I mean, I don't want to talk like that. I respect the accent but I'll be in Spain so I want to speak like a Spaniard, matador, Cervantes, whatever. Anyhow, please leave me a comment and tell me what you think.
