Welcome To G-TV! Today I will be showing you the ABB Q-line Series of wire duct and wraps.
In this line from ABB, I have the Q-duct, Q-flex and Q-wrap series. The Q-duct is a
panel duct available in six different width sizes and heights from 17mm to 100mm. The
top profile of the ribs of all wiring duct have been redesigned to make the cover easier
to open and close. The new rounded shape prevents abrasions to the installer's hands. The cover
can be easily snapped on, with no need to apply pressure to the duct teeth. The score
line at the base of each finger enables a clean break to create an opening to run wires
through. ABB wiring duct is used in applications with rated voltage of up to 1000 Volts AC
and 1500 Volts DC. The Q-flex is flexible wiring duct that is made of plastic, insulating,
shock-proof, self-extinguishing material in compliance with UL 94 V2 Standard and resistant
to permanent temperature of 80°C and peaks up to 110°C in compliance with IEC 216 Standards.
They are resistant to acids, oils and greases. Ribs alternate and angle slightly inwards
to make it easier to insert and extract cables. The Q-flex has no covers so cables can be
constantly monitored. They are suitable for connecting panels and doors with compass-opening
mechanisms and in general for applications where cabling is subject to bending and twisting.
Both the Q-Flex and Q-duct are available in gray or white. The Q-wrap is a spiral wire
wrap that are available in two versions, translucent polyethylene or self-extinguishing polyethylene.
They are used for forming of bundles and grouping of wires, while protecting the cables. They
provide flexible connections between panel and door. ABB Q-line Series of wire duct and
wraps along with thousands of other products and services are available at Galco.com
