Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. The cake that I'm going to show you how to make today
is made out of phyllo dough and in the middle nut cake. Nut sponge cake and then on top
there is another layer of phyllo dough. The phyllo dough which is going to go first on
the ingredients is made out of 2 doughs actually. One is a very heavy dough and the other one
is a very oily soft dough which we are going to combine later on, rolled together and fold
together to make a phyllo dough. So we are going to start with the ingredients of the
heavier dough which we are going to make first. It is going to need 2 cups of flour, 3 egg
yolks, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon
of salt and 1/2 cup of water. We would need a bowl to mix it and later on we would need
a rolling pin, a baking paper and a baking pan. The other dough we would need 4 cups
of flour and 2 cups of margarine.
