This is the first video of the Easter Special 2013 of Manual do Mundo
I will teach how to make a super chocolate's candy filled with fruit.
This is a really cool gift, and very cheap for you to give to your friends,
to your girlfriends, your mom -
[Mari] Ah, girlfriends, Iberę!?
[Iberę, laughing] For your girlfriend, your mom -
[Mari] Oh, good!
[Iberę] And you will only need a chocolate bar. Here in São Paulo is hot and it is already dismantling.
It can be black or white chocolate.
And the fruits that fits best are strawberry and kiwi.
I'll also try to do with grape and we'll see how it goes.
First thing to do is to chop the chocolate nicely, put on a plate
and lead to the microwave for about 35 seconds.
An important note: 35 seconds is how it works for a 160 g bar of chocolate.
Of course, if more chocolate, you will need to leave more time in the microwave.
The important thing is you do is not melt the chocolate very much, because it will become liquid and it's bad.
Ideally, it is doughy middle.
Before placing in pan of ice, first cut the fruit to make sure
It will fit right inside the mold.
Then fill the bottom with chocolate, place the fruit inside and cover
with chocolate on top, trying not to let the fruit to touch the edges of the mold.
The chocolate is ready, and while you eat the remains of the fruits, take the candy to the refrigerator.
It's time to take the candy of the mold and do the old "taste test".
[Huuum!]
[Huuum!]
If you want to make a basket to decorate your chocolates and give them as a gift for someone,
I'm leaving the link here of a basket of origami.
