As shown in the previous tutorial, this facility is found through the Information services signpost and you need to enter the title number or property description and your reference.

Because a form CI is an alternative to having a copy of a plan there's no option to also request a plan.
If you order a register as well as a form CI, both will be returned by post to you, at no extra cost.
The plot numbers must be entered for a form CI, seperated by commas.
When you're happy you can submit your application.
We'll now demonstrate how to order official copies of documents.
In some instances a document isn't available and will need investigation, in which case it will be sent electronically where possible, or by post if not.
On this screen, choose which documents you require.
It's important to check the register as it may state specifically that a copy of a particular document isn't available.
If you require a document not in the list you can add it by the non-referred document option.
Once you're happy, submit your application
Your confirmation will detail what documents are available immediately and which aren't.
Any available immediately can be accessed by the appropriate links.
Any documents that need investigation will either appear in your PDF Downloads or be sent by post.
