The recipe of today is: BECHAMEL SAUCE.
1st melt the butter in a pot.
Once the butter is melted, add the flour.
Mix until when the butter will be absorbed.
Then start adding the milk little by little.
Add the milk, mix it, let it absorb and then add the milk again.
Cooking it at low-medium heat.
Homemade bechamel is really easy to cook.
But you'll need some elbow grease!
I took turns with my mom many times
since mainly in the first part of the preparation, when you add the milk,
you must take care not to form lumps.
So you've to mix energetically.
It's a good training for your arms: you don't need a gym anymore!^^
In this stage, add the milk and start to mix gently,
then energetically.
