I'm Mark Wenzel with Expert Village. Same thing with the weights, if you go down and
you grab it you grab each time slowly. Now go up on your heels, on your toes put your
heels in the air it makes it like you're picking up the weights. When you actually pick them
up practice everything in slow motion, when it comes down you realize now I have the weight
on me. But practice it in slow motion if you do everything real fast you'll loose track
of the illusion, you loose track of how you're handling objects. It's very very important
to do everything in slow motion once you got it here then you can think I look over here,
I look over here I'll look to the audience. It is always important to practice everything
in very slow motion so then you got it, so once again even if it's a simple gesture of
waving. Always practice it in very slow motion we'll get into some more of that as we teach
you more about how to be a mime here on Expert Village.
