On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach how to
make arroz con pollo. I'm going to go ahead and use some cooking wine in here. I use this
kind of cooking wine and you know what I decided that I'm going to also use a really good thick
full body wine. I love wine so I think that wine is important when you cook. Look how
red that is right now that wine is so full body it is going to make that sauce rich and
between the beer and wine in this dish is going to be great. Look how the sauce is getting
dark in there that wine really did it. Stir it up like this. Move it around. Now I'm going
to cover it and let it cook for about 20-25 minutes. We would come back to it and we would
start our rice.
