Continuing with steps we're going to talk about lateral moves in Nia. Now lateral moves
we're just simply moving the side with several steps. So we step out, step together, step
out, and step together. Noticing how far you want to step out, trusting your feet as you
step out. So it's one, two, three, and one, two, three, and one, two, three, and one,
two, three. Knees are relaxed, feet are relaxed. You might look in the direction that you're
walking and look n the other direction letting your head turn gently looking. Letting your
arms be relaxed for now,
sensing the space between your feet as you walk.
