Hello everyone today I'm finally doing a mukbang in french
I know, it's been too long
I was busy with doing other videos and personal life as well
So today I am having Lasagne
So it's not really french but we like this dish in France
I haven't had it for a long time
And also garlic bread
Which translate to "Pain a l'ail"
I have never tried it in France actually
We have it but I've never had it there
I am tired
I like my lasagne grilled, almost burned as you can see
So I haven't made it myself, I should have because it's not that hard to make it
But I've seen on the package it was made in France so, cool!
Let's try it
It's really hot
I'm gonna burn my mouth basically
I missed that
And for the french subtitles I've stopped doing them
I don't know if you've noticed
Because I didnt have loads of requests
So I thought most french speakers understood me when I spoke in english
So basically when you turn on the french subs, they're automatically made by youtube
So they're not very accurate but I think you can understand what is happening still
And also because I have an accent in english
I speak more slow, I articulate more than native english speakers I guess
So it should be sort of easier to understand me
It's weird that I have never tried garlic bread in France
British people love garlic
They like cooking with garlic (sauces, pastas ect)
And since I am living here I love it too!
In France I remember my mum putting garlic in the chicken to give it some flavour
When I uploaded the BBQ ribs and mac n cheese mukbang
I had some people telling me that the sound of my teeth touching the metal fork was unpleasant
I can't help it
I think my front teeth are too long, like a bunny
Let me try
I know why
It's just when it's hot I don't want my lips to touch the fork
I've missed bechamel creme
I'm probably going to France in November
It's been a year and a half since I last went
It's nice Im going to see my family
I am probably going to stuff my face with "raclette" and fondue every day
Let me know if you have any ideas of food you'd like me to eat
I was thinking of eating british food
Well there are not that many
Well they are some but I am not a fan to be honest
We have the Fish N Chips
It's deep fried cod with chips and mashed peas
It's not amazing
But if you want to see me eating that I will
Or I could make it myself
Like homemade fried fish
Would you rather seeing me cook as well or just eat?
(Used my teeth again, sorry)
So we have Fish N Chips
Bangers and mash
It means " saucisse puree"
But I don't see the point of eating mash
what else
We have Jacket potatoes!
It's a big potato cut in the middle
In the oven and it comes with various types of filling
Such as Tuna mayo, chicken tikka (the indian dish)
Chilli con carne, I love this one
I had forgotten how much french/italian food is filling
All this cream and cheese
I don't know how I stayed fit in France
I was pretty skinny
Since I'm here I eat a lot of asian food
But I feel like I gain weight more easily than before
Maybe because of my age
If you want me to eat raclette one of these days let me know
When the cold will come in England
I will buy a raclette machine on Amazon
ASMR is the eating sounds
But I don't know how to do it
It's quite popular on Youtube
Many people watch these videos to help with their sleep issues
Or to relax as well
It's not that relaxing for me but I've watched some and it gives me goose bumps
It's as if someone was whispering right in your ear
Do you think I have an accent? (in french)
Do I have a southern accent?
I am from the South so that would make sense
Usually people who come from the North of France think I have an accent but the southern ones think I dont't
So my family think I've lost my accent over the years
And because I don't speak french as often anymore, unless Im skyping with my family
Sometimes the way I pronounce french words sounds a bit english ><
That's what some people have said
It's not that I lost my mother tongue but I lost the habbit of speaking it all the time
But usually it takes me 1-2 days to get it back when I am on holidays in France
What do I do? Shall I stop here or try and finish it?
I have eaten more than half
Someone has asked me something on instagram
I''ll answer it here because you might be interested
Like a mini Q&A
"I wanted to know if it was good idea to go to America to do my studies"
I don't know about the States because I've never been there
So I don't know it works in terms of visa, universities entry requirements ect
But if you have an opportunity to go abroad to study
My advice is to go without a doubt
After finishing your studies you'll have a job, and maybe no time or money to travel
I'm gonna burp
It really is an amazing opportunity
And I was doing LEA diploma at Uni
But I didnt finish my licence
But I believe the third year was a year abroad to validate to licence
I would have done it for sure
But definitely yes if you have the opportunity
And if you have the money as well because it can be expensive
Then again America is quite far from France
So you can't come back as often as if you were in the UK
Especially if you are from Paris, you can get the eurostar and be in London in an hour
it's good to travel, it broadens the mind
While we're young and we have time and energy
I've been here for 5 years
And I want to travel even more now
Since I've became an expat I want to travel more
I went to China last March with my bf
He has family there and also some are in the UK and the States
I would like our next trip to be Japan
I'm not sure why I love asian cultures
I think I'm gonna stop here because I'm about to explode
That's it for today
Let me know what you thought of this mukbang
If you want me to eat more french food or more british food
Thank you for watching
I will see you soon hopefully
