This is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show
you how to make an inexpensive meal that my uncle use to call rigatoni aliyou. You got
your water to a boil I'm going to add some salt just to flavor it up the pasta, so a
nice amount of salt. A rolling boil, that's boiling folks that's what you want to see.
You're also going to check your time it's 10 after 4. Actually it is 8 after 4 I'm going
to add in my spaghetti and I'm going to take my wooden spoon and just give it a quick stir
so they don't stick. That's why we added in that olive oil before it will help with them
not sticking and that's how you add your rigatoni. This box says that you want to go for 10 minutes
so I'm going to go about a little bit less I'm going to go about 8 minutes 10 minutes
is too long, I'm going to go 8 and then test it. Come back we're going to keep making this
dish.
