Hello.
Today we are going to learn a yoga cat pose which is said to be helpful for an upset stomach.
first, put your hands on the floor shoulder width apart. Open your legs hip-width apart.
stand on tiptoes.
breathe in while this position.
while breathing out, move your arms forward.
and put your chest on the floor.
look straight ahead of you.
then move your arms forward more.
raise your hip. your legs bent to about 90 degrees.
Move the position where the muscles alone the spine and abdominal muscles stretch enough and keep for about 10 to 20 seconds.
then while breathing in, rerurn to the first pose.
finally sit down and relax.
This pose will deepen your breathing, relax your stomach and give you a positive mental attitude.
Whenever you have overeaten, drank too much or have an upset stomach for any reason try this pose.
